I help audiences see the systems shaping our future — and how to design them with purpose. From regenerative housing to AI-driven tools, my talks and workshops explore where technology, real estate, and human-centered design meet to create lasting change.

I’m not the sage on the stage. I’m the guide on the side — a facilitator, worker, and co-creator. While I aim to inspire, my real goal is to help people bring out their weird and offer it to the world. Human creativity and experimentation are elemental to building the future of anything worth keeping.

As a regenerative systems thinker and founder of Orion Growth and Pathway Communities, I bring two decades of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and pioneering solutions across industries — from development and commercial interiors to telecom and agriculture. Along the way, I’ve helped launch platform strategies, build high-performance teams, and create sustainable development models that endure.

Today, I focus on designing AI-driven systems that serve people first — tools that stabilize housing, elevate workforce mobility, and restore dignity through economic logic. As the creator of agentic GPT models and the force behind Pathway Communities, a public-benefit initiative converting underused office parks into workforce housing, I show how AI, policy, and community design can align around purpose.

I’ve led global teams, guided digital transformation efforts, and built durable operating models that scale. Whether coaching startups, designing learning ecosystems, or rethinking civil infrastructure, my message is consistent: the future is something we build together.

I don’t offer maps or blueprints. I offer compasses — for teams, leaders, and communities ready to explore what’s next.
