My work sits at the intersection of housing, AI, infrastructure, and human-centered design. From regenerative communities to agentic AI systems, I explore how technology can strengthen resilience, expand opportunity, and restore dignity through better economic logic.
I’m not the sage on the stage. I’m the guide on the side — a facilitator, builder, and systems thinker focused on helping people connect ideas, challenge assumptions, and bring their weird into the world. Human creativity and experimentation are still the foundation of anything worth building.
As the founder of Orion Growth and creator of Pathway Communities, I bring more than two decades of experience across commercial real estate, workplace strategy, development, telecom, agriculture, and emerging technology. I’ve helped organizations launch new platforms, navigate transformation, and build durable operating systems designed for long-term value.
Today, my focus is on AI-driven systems that serve people first. Through Pathway Communities, we are rethinking workforce housing by transforming underused office parks into resilient communities centered on stability, mobility, and access. Along the way, I explore how AI, policy, finance, and the built environment are beginning to converge into entirely new models for living and working.
Whether speaking to students, startups, civic leaders, or industry professionals, my message is consistent:
